I found the location great. It was just across the road from the beach. the staff was very friendly and helpful (. the apartment was super clean, cleaned to a very high standard. the pools allowed inflatables, which my kids loved.
I found that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The wear and tear was slightly visible.

The apartment was spacious, offering ample room for our family. new towels arrived daily. The rooms were very clean. terraces included sunbeds for private relaxation.

Breakfast presented many choices, including gluten-free options which catered well to dietary needs. drinks were excellent. The bar staff were very friendly. a spar was conveniently located next door for snacks.

The front desk lady was very efficient during a busy check-in. the staff was great and very helpful while under pressure. They were nice to deal with. our daughter loved the entertainment around the pool.

i found the hotel very accessible, important for a member of my group who uses a wheelchair. the grounds are beautiful, and i noticed the staff keeps everything very clean. the pools had a lovely temperature. i also enjoyed marco's bar right next door.
the food selection was small, and i felt it could have used a bit more variety. it. the restaurant also lacked air conditioning, and it became very warm during lunch and dinner.

the location was super convenient, especially the short transfer from the airport. i was immediately given my all inclusive band. my apartment was poolside on the ground floor! the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels.
the food was a little repetitive after a few days. vegetarian options were not always clearly labeled. sometimes there was ham in the salads and vegetables, which i didn't expect.

i appreciated the location near the beach. the bus stops were really convenient. the supermarket was just across the road. the rooms were clean. they were well fitted out too.
the bar seemed understaffed. it played heavy rock music very loud during the day which i did not enjoy. the all-inclusive drinks were limited. they tasted very watered down as well.
